Learn the fundamentals of cake decorating with Pastry Chef and Owner Jujhar! You will be learning how to make Swiss meringue buttercream, crumb coating, filling, and icing a 6" cake. You will also learn how to creatively arrange fresh florals on a cake. There will be some of Mann & Co's signature treats and refreshments to enjoy as well. Once the class is completed each cake will be packaged (valued at $170) and ready for each student to take home.
