Mann & Co. Bakeshop is a celebration-focused bakery based in Surrey, British Columbia, founded by award-winning pastry chef Jujhar Mann. Built on the belief that a cake should taste every bit as incredible as it looks, Mann & Co. brings together modern cake design, refined pastry techniques and bold, memorable flavours.
Jujhar’s approach to pastry has been shaped by training in both Las Vegas and Paris, including studying under world-renowned pastry chef Amaury Guichon and MOF Chef Jean-Michel. That technical foundation, combined with his South Asian heritage, has become an important part of the Mann & Co. identity.
Our menu moves effortlessly between familiar favourites and flavours inspired by the desserts and ingredients Jujhar grew up with. Cardamom, pistachio, chai, mango and other South Asian flavours sit alongside classics like red velvet, vanilla and chocolate, reimagined through a modern pastry lens with an emphasis on balance, texture and flavour.
