HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?
Orders for our catalogue cakes can be placed directly through our website under the “Order Online” tab, where you can view available designs and select your preferred pickup date using our live calendar. If you are looking for something more customized than our catalogue offerings, please complete the custom inquiry form on our website and a member of our team will follow up with you to discuss the details.
I’M PICKING UP MY CAKE AND WANT TO BE SURE IT ARRIVES SAFELY TO MY DESTINATION. WHAT ARE YOUR BEST TIPS/SUGGESTIONS?
We want your cake to make it to your destination in perfect condition. There are a few things you can do to keep your cake safe as you transport it from our shop to your celebration:
The safest place for your cake is on the floor on the passenger side or the backseat area of your vehicle. This is an even, flat space with minimal room for the cake box to slide around. Plus, the backseat is temperature-controlled so you have a higher chance of keeping your cake nice and cool, preventing slipping. Avoid putting your cake in your trunk, on a seat or on someone’s lap.
It’s ideal to have air conditioning that works well to keep your car and cake nice and cool. Your cake is beautiful and we want it to stay lovely from the time you leave our shop to the time it arrives at its final destination. Buttercream is made out of butter, which can soften up as it gets warm. A vehicle with air conditioning that works well will help keep your buttercream cool and prevent it from softening and beginning to melt. Buttercream that is too warm from being in a hot car can slip and slide from bumps, potholes, quick stops and sharp turns
Drive carefully as your cake is special cargo. Take turns slower than you usually would and avoid bumps and potholes as much as possible.
If you are transporting your cake to a destination that is further than 30-45 minutes away, please let us know so we can take special care to have your cake nice and chilled when you pick it up.

DO YOU OFFER EGGLESS, GLUTEN FREE, VEGAN, OR NUT FREE ITEMS?
Yes, we do offer eggless, gluten-friendly, and nut-friendly options on our menu. However, all products are prepared in a kitchen that regularly handles gluten, dairy, eggs, and nuts, and therefore we cannot guarantee that any item is completely free from cross-contact. At this time, vegan celebration cakes are not part of our regular offerings. Customers with severe allergies or dietary restrictions should use their discretion when ordering, as we are unable to guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY AND SETUP FOR CAKES OR DESSERT TABLES?
Delivery and setup can be arranged for cakes and large bakery orders, and a custom quote will be provided based on travel distance and setup requirements. Our dessert table packages include delivery and setup within Surrey, with additional fees applying for locations outside of Surrey.

DO YOU HAVE A STORE LOCATION?
Yes, we do! Our storefront is located on 13411 71A Avenue in Surrey, BC. WE have a variety of stuffed cupcakes, cake tins, ready to-go cakes and cake jars daily.
ARE IMAGES ON THE CAKES EDIBLE?
Most of our catalogue cakes use cardstock image toppers, which are not edible and are placed on the cake for decoration. These toppers can be easily removed before serving. If you would like an edible image, this can be arranged for custom cakes or cupcakes upon request. Please remember to remove any non-edible toppers or decorations before serving.
I AM INTERESTED IN A DEEP/ VIBRANT COLORED BUTTERCREAM CAKE, WILL THAT STAIN MY TEETH?
Please note that the deeper and more vibrant buttercream colors require us to use a large amount of gel color. This may alter the taste of the buttercream and result in staining your teeth. We highly recommend choosing a slightly lighter exterior buttercream color.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I PLACE A CORPORATE ORDER?
We recommend placing corporate orders at least 7-10 days in advance to ensure availability. However, we may be able to accommodate last-minute orders based on our production schedule.
CAN YOU DELIVER TO MULTIPLE LOCATIONS?
Absolutely! We can coordinate delivery to multiple offices or event locations. Additional delivery fees may apply based on the locations.
