Payment by major credit card is required when placing an order.

We accept Visa,Mastercard, and Interac when placing an order from our catalogue at our pastry shop.
When inquiring after hours, please fill in the inquiry form or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you are choosing to email, please include your name, phone number, event date, contact information, serving size, and inspiration pictures. A representative will contact you during regular hours to process your order.
Though we do our best to keep the information on our website correct, prices are subject to change without notice.
At Mann & Co Bakeshop, our bakers and decorators will follow directions and specifications provided by the customer to the best of their ability. However, creative license is required to ensure that every product that leaves the shop reflects our highest standards. Every item that leaves our kitchen is handmade, meaning each item is unique. Mann & Co Bakeshop cannot guarantee 100% accuracy in regards to colour matching, proportions, or composition.
Mann & Co Bakeshop offers pick up of orders at 13411 71A Avenue during our open hours. All orders must be picked up on the date selected when placing your order. If, for some reason, you are unable to pick up your order on your pick-up date, please contact us at 604-500-0891 or email us at email@example.com to discuss options. Orders not picked up on their pick up date are not eligible for a refund and a new order will need to be placed for a new pick up date. Please note that phone lines are often busy and requests are not guaranteed.
Cancellations and Modifications
We understand that things happen and your plans may change. We will try our best to assist you in making changes to your order.
For custom cakes and our catalogue cakes, cancellation requests must be submitted a minimum of 7 business days prior to your scheduled pick up. If you are cancelling with a 7+ business days notice, we will cancel and refund your payment. If you are cancelling with less than 7 business days and we have started on our cake, we reserve the right to retain 50% of the order total. If you are cancelling with less than 7 days notice and we did not start on our order, we will provide credit for a future order.
For wedding cakes, we reserve the right to retain the non-refundable deposit in any case. We understand that the ongoing Covid 19 pandemic may result in changes to your event booking. Therefore, we will issue credit if your date has to be moved due to Clear covid restrictions.
For orders placed through our website, any refund will be minus the Square payment fee originally paid when placing the order. For order cancellation or modification requests, please contact our Customer Service Team by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 604-503-1353.
Due to the perishable nature of our products and how we are unable to control how our products are transported and stored once they leave our shop, Mann & Co Bakeshop does not accept returns, provide refunds or exchanges. If, for some reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase and feel it does not match your expectations, please contact our Customer Service Team by emailing email@example.com WITHIN 2 DAYS of the date you picked up your order and provide the following information: order number (if applicable), photos of all angles including product and packaging, a detailed description of the issue and information on how your item was transported and stored. We will make every effort to address your concerns and make sure you are happy with your Mann & Co Bakeshop experience. Due to the perishable nature of our product, all claims submitted after the 48 hour pick up window or without proper photos, order number (if applicable), transportation and storage information will not be eligible for re-order or credit. Circumstance pending, Mann & Co Bakeshop will issue a credit or re-order. For orders placed through our website, any refund will be minus the Square payment fee originally paid when placing the order. We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges on gift items.
