Our adorable Mickey Mouse cake features a smooth buttercream base with polka dots, a handmade mickey mouse, and fun balloons. For the two- tiered version, the both tier will have the polka dots. Mickey Mouse will be on the bottom tier and the balloons will be on the top tier.
